1. Use of the Site & Accounts

The Site and its contents are intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals looking for employment or educational opportunities. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account by not sharing your access credentials.
• Not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Not use automated scraping tools or scripts to collect data from our Site without permission.
• Not upload malicious files or documents (CVs) intended to disrupt the Site.

2. Accuracy of Job Listings

Job Keeper is an aggregator. While we make reasonable efforts to curate accurate and up-to-date listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any job postings. We do not represent any employers or companies listed. It is your responsibility to verify the authenticity of any job offer before providing sensitive information or making financial commitments.

3. API Access & Token Purchases

If you purchase or use our Developer APIs, API Credits, or AI tokens, you agree to the following terms:

• API Credits & Tokens: API credits are virtual tokens utilized to query our Developer APIs and AI tools. They are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Billing & Payments: All transactions and purchases are processed securely through authorized third-party payment processors (e.g., PayFast). All token/credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Rate Limits & Misuse: You must not abuse our API endpoints, bypass rate limits, or engage in activity that degrades the platform's performance. We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate API access for accounts violating usage guidelines.

4. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the Site. We disclaim all liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies on the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Job Keeper be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, or identity theft.

6. Intellectual Property

The logo, design, and AI Assistant technology are the intellectual property of Job Keeper. All job descriptions, brand names, and logos displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
