To settle drivers on a daily basis

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Transaction Processing
• Reconciliation of Accounts
• Accounting Software Proficiency
• Settle drivers balances
• Record customers’ orders into the company's order handling system, resulting in a sales order.
• File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find
• Accurately enter data from paper files into computer systems
• Addressing issues raised by drivers, whether they relate to the route issues, payment, administrative concerns, and or vehicle-related problems.
• Preparing reports on settlement activities, providing updates on transaction status.
