What You'll Be Doing:

As a dedicated member of our team, you will:

• Actively engage in structured, on-the-job training and mentoring alongside our specialist professionals in functional areas such as Property Management, Facilities Management, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Marketing and other specialist areas.

• Participate in essential workshops and seminars to develop critical skills for the business world.

• Complete assigned tasks and projects, contributing to real-world success.

• Collaborate with team members and leaders to achieve collective goals

Requirements

• You are a South African citizen.

• You are between ages 18 - 25 years.

• You have completed Grade 12 (Matric).

• You have a post-matric qualification (an undergraduate diploma or degree).

• You have NO tertiary studies or formal employment planned for 2027.

• You have NOT completed any previous learnerships.

• You are willing to reside in Johannesburg for the duration of the programme.

• You do not have a criminal record.
