Job Description

The Operations Manager is accountable for the comprehensive planning, management, and governance of day-to-day business unit operations within a Sun International property. This role ensures the property is well-maintained, secure, and achieves operational synergy across functions, including managing relationships with outsourced partners, to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive footfall, and optimise revenue within strict budgetary and regulatory compliance. The focus is on operational excellence and continuous improvement to support the business unit's strategic objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
